Does not require regular assistance.

Level 1

Independently mobile, with or without mechanical aids.
May require assistance with bathing, dressing and toileting.
May have some sensory deficit, which interferes with daily living activities.

Level 2

Independently mobile, with or without mechanical aids.
May require a moderate amount of assistance with bathing, dressing and eating.
May require assistance with routine daily personal care.
May have sensory deficit which interferes with daily living activities and requires moderate assistance.
